Hi everyone, it’s Allegra! I’m nine years old today!

Mom says she can’t believe how fast the time has gone by. She says it seems like it was just yesterday that I came home with her. The photo below shows me the day I met Mom for the first time, a few days before she brought me home.

I can’t wait to see what Mom and Ruby have planned for me today!

Ruby: Look at that huge tuna cake! It is tuna cake, right?

Allegra: What if I’d rather have a turkey cake?

Ruby: But Allegra, we get turkey every day! How is that special enough for your birthday? You’re such a wonderful, special, unique, beautiful sister, you deserve something special on your birthday! Only the best for the best sister in the world! You deserve a tuna cake!.

Allegra: rolls eyes.
