Did you know that one minute of anger weakens your immune system for 4 to 5 hours, whereas one minute of laughter boosts it for 24 hours? If ever there was a time when we need to laugh, this is it!

Try to find something to laugh about every day, even if it’s just for a few minutes. I’ve been watching all ten seasons of Friends* for the past few months, and even though the show is now  more than 20 years old (how is this even possible!) and I’ve watched some episodes so many times I can practically recite the dialogue, it still makes me laugh.

Social media is a mixed blessing these days and can be a bit of a minefield in terms of what shows up in your feed, but every once in a while there’s a meme or a gif that just cracks me up. The one below is one that I can watch over and over and it makes me giggle every single time.

  2. Laughter is the best medicine for what ails you! My CAGP, Raphaelle, laughs all the time when she listens to the radio, or if she hears someone else laughing, then I start laughing, and she just won’t quit. Then I call her ‘A Silly Bird’ and she laughs even more. It really is good to laugh, it makes you feel better. Have a great week everyone, even you, Allegra, although you’re not a human, but better yet you’re an amazing darling Tortie.
