And while this is a big milestone for Allegra and me, this day really belongs to you, our readers. Happy anniversary! I have read your page for years and want to say thank you for your pieces about feline nutrition. You helped me transition my old trio of kitties to higher quality food when I didn’t know which brands to trust (close to ten years ago!), and my new trio of kitties are still eating Instinct and Tiki Cat to this day because of your website. Happy 13th Anniversary. This was the first cat blog I came across and followed. I don’t have a favorite part because I genuinely love your blog and socials. I’ve discovered everything from better cat care “tools”, to health knowledge and experiencing your journey over the years. I really like Remembering Ruby because her stories are wonderful to read but I remember my big man and his adventures when I’m reminded of Ruby’s. That doesn’t make much sense but hopefully you understand. Thank you for all of the knowledge, laughter and generous giveaways over the years.

This site is already great but I’d love more review on cat food products, maybe some comparisons or just articles focusing on nutrition and what is good and not good out there.
What I like best is that you are a trusted source of info. When you post about veterinary advances/treatments (which are some of my favorite posts), or really anything, I know I can rely on the fact that you’ve done your research. Another favorite is your re-posting of Ruby’s Reflections. I enjoy new products posts. And of course, the giveaways are fun. I also appreciate and find it very helpful when you list reputable cat/animal charities to donate to when natural disasters (or wars) occur. Congratulations on yet another successful year, I’ve enjoyed being part of the Conscious Cat family for many of them 🙂

She is nearly nineteen years old and really needs a soft comfortable travel carrier to rest her weary bones on. She would love being enclosed as she frequently burrows under the bed covers.
