Lie flat on your back and slowly close your eyed, seeing a picturesque view of your favorite place, or the forest with all of nature singing. Then clear your mind of clutter and just keep your favorite place in mind, while thinking you’re at peace, love is all around, then relax, relax
and allow all negativity to pass by.

Hi, I have been a subscriber of yours for a few years now, I have always found your articles very interesting and some very helpful, I miss your girl Ruby. I love when you post past articles of her memories. I wanted to share with you from one kitty momma to another. I lost my sweet handsome boy Leo 6/24/2022 around 12:45p.m. 16 yes old his liver failed the Dr. said he was put to rest. I am so devastating, sad, angry, etc. He has been to the E.R. hospital on 6/20-6/21, Then I took him to Dr. 6/22 we thought we could get some more time with some treatment of Rebound but he refused to eat hardly drink water not go the bathroom. I just wanted to share with you for I have never had to make a life decision ever and it was the hardest thing to do, but deep down in I know it was best, for I know he was telling me please let me go. His changes of habit I noticed for the last couple of weeks prior to his passing, but he cont to eat. Well Thankyou for listening and your blog. Patricia
My heart goes out to you, Patricia. I have had to make those awful decisions as well and it has broken my heart each time. I hug my kitties even tighter every day and hope they out live me. Blessings to you, my dear. It does get easier with time and if you can, please adopt another shelter kitty to fill your heart with love. There are so many out there desperately needing homes.

I’m sorry to hear that, Janine. Sometimes, it’s hard to let go of worries. I hope you are feeling better soon. Hope you are doing well too. We still have our 3 wonderful kitties. I spend my time reading and reviewing tons of books usually with a kitty on my lap. Life is good.
It makes me happy to hear you’re doing good and you still have all of your kitties. I have also been doing lots of reading and reviews too. Summer is so hot, that’s about all there is to do. Stay inside and read.
