I have a humidifier in my bedroom from November through at least March, sometimes April, and I’m convinced that it not only makes it easier to breathe in the dry indoor winter air, it also has prevented me from getting colds. Studies have shown that humidity can help cut down on airborne virus transmission – something that we’ve all become so much more aware of these past two and a half years.
Humidifiers also have benefits for cats. Cats with respiratory allergies or asthma will have a harder time breathing in very dry air. Humidifiers can also somewhat alleviate itchy or dry skin.

Putting the Okaysou Cool Mist Humidifier to the test
I absolutely love that this humidifier can be filled from the top. All of my other humidifiers have been bottom fill models, and there’s just no way you’re not going to end up spilling some water when you flip the tank upside down.
Since the humidifier is in my bedroom, it has to be quiet. At 24 decibels, this one is virtually silent. The nightlight can be turned off, and there are no other indicator lights, so it’s purrfect for sleeping.

i like that it does not need a filter. i believe you also tested the air purifiers as well, which is what i really need.
Their air purifiers are fantastic. My two favorites are the Airmax 10L and the Cayman 320, but I also really like the smaller AirMic 4s.
As it is turning to fall, I have noticed my skin is getting dryer. I also suffer from the dryness when the heater is on. It causes my nose to bleed sometimes. I probably should invest in a humidifier.
Does it have a filter that needs to be replaced?
