My two little party animals are ready to ring in the New Year (and don’t worry, that’s catnip bubbly in those glasses.)
I like to spend part of New Year’s Eve reflecting on the year that’s about to end. It’s a great day to consciously give thanks for all the blessings the year has brought, and to acknowledge the things that may not have gone quite the way you would have wanted. Forgive yourself for any mistakes you may have made, and forgive others if you feel they’ve somehow done you wrong. Release the negatives gently, and with compassion for yourself and others.Continue Reading
