Putting the Vitakraft Puzzler to the test
Allegra doesn’t like semi-moist treats, so I used freeze dried chicken treats. She was immediately intrigued, but lost interest pretty quickly when she couldn’t get the treats out right away. I generally don’t make her work for her treats, so I think she was a little miffed with me!
I put the toy away for a day or two, then brought it back out, which renewed her interest – and it didn’t take her long to figure it out the second time! Now she chirps and dances around me when she sees me fill the Vitakraft Puzzler with treats, and she can’t wait for me to put it on the floor.
My take on the Vitakraft Puzzler
I love puzzle toys, and the design of this one is simple, but effective. It works on both hard floors and carpet, and it’s easy to clean because it doesn’t have a lot of nooks and crannies. Did I mention that it’s pink?

Allegra is pretty smart to figure out how to get the treats out with her paws.
It took her a while, but once she got it, she got pretty fast at it!
I like this puzzle toy over others I’ve seen, such as the maze type. Two of my kitties are big boys and polydactyl so their paws are too big for many puzzles. It’s also simple (in a very good way) so my handicapped and my senior kitties can enjoy the puzzle fun with ease. Great review and I enjoyed seeing Allegra use it. Love the pink!
